Within Dynamics 365 Business Central, navigate to the “Assisted Setup” page or Click on the gear icon and select Assisted Setup as shown below in the picture.

Follow the guided setup wizard to configure integration settings. The pre-requisite of the setup is Dataverse Setup.

On Assisted Setup page, click on “Set up a connection to Dataverse” as shown below.

After Dataverse connection setup, select “Set up a connection to Dynamics 365 Sales” as shown below.

  • Map Data Fields:

  • After the completion of setup define mappings between corresponding data fields in Business Central and CRM to ensure accurate synchronization of records. This step involves mapping customers, contacts, sales orders, invoices, and other relevant entities.

    • For this, go to the search bar and write “Integration Table Mappings” and select the relevant link.
